Shadowbox Design Management helped bring a festive spirit to St. John’s University’s, Winter Carnival. Contributing to the overall ambiance and entertainment of the event Shadowbox Design Management used a wide range of production design and equipment services for this event.

Shadowbox Design Management setup a distributed audio system, complete with microphones, catered for various needs, from traditional lectern speeches to amplification for choral and musical performances, as well as prerecorded playbacks. This versatile audio setup ensured that all aspects of the event requiring sound were well taken care of.

The automated lighting fixtures, some with custom templates, were a creative addition, allowing Shadowbox Design Management to project colors and patterns on the façade of the building. This dynamic use of lighting added visual interest and created a lively atmosphere that resonated with the holiday theme.

The effects package incorporated enabled Shadowbox Design Management to choreograph a light and video “show” synchronized with prerecorded music. The video and lighting playing on the façade of St. John’s St. Augustine Hall created a captivating visual spectacle for attendees, enhancing their overall experience.
