Working with Federal Hall National Monument, security personnel, and the staff of the President of the United States, Shadowbox Design management was responsible for installing, operating, and dismantling a comprehensive production package that included lighting, audio, and staging.

For the press event, Shadowbox Design Management designed and set up a small stage featuring a lectern, navy blue pipe and drape for backdrop, a distributed audio system for clear sound throughout the space, and a lighting setup specifically designed to illuminate the speakers on stage. Collaborating with the Federal Hall National Monument and working within the context of security for a Presidential event adds a layer of complexity that showcases Shadowbox Design Management’s ability to manage intricate logistics and adhere to high standards of professionalism.
